By accessing or using the Vista Dashboard and associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1Description of Service

Vista is an automated Telegram advertising platform that allows subscribers to send promotional messages to Telegram groups via dedicated bot accounts. Access to the Service is granted via a personal token issued through the Vista Telegram bot.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Vista, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content prohibited by Telegram's Terms of Service
• Distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse bot accounts, or manipulate the platform
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

4Account & Token Security

Your access token is personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your token. Do not share it with third parties. If you suspect unauthorized use, regenerate your token immediately via the Telegram bot.

5Subscriptions & Payments

Access to Vista is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Vista reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.

6Telegram Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Telegram's Terms of Service. Vista is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. Vista is not liable for any account bans or restrictions imposed by Telegram.

7Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or Telegram account suspension.

8Service Availability

Vista does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Maintenance, updates, or external disruptions (including Telegram API changes) may temporarily affect functionality.

9Termination

Vista reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund.

10Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
